1. Limited Warranty Coverage

At OAKOVA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All OAKOVA cleaning tools come with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from OAKOVA or authorized retailers.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Your product is protected against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects in bamboo or wood handles
  • Loose or improperly attached bristles
  • Premature breakage under normal household use

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or improper cleaning
  • Mold or mildew caused by improper drying
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or high heat
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Natural materials such as bamboo and sisal fiber age differently over time. Variations in color, texture, or minor fraying are considered normal and not covered by warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect

Claims without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

5. Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, OAKOVA may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product
  • A store credit for the value of the item
  • A refund (case-by-case)

Warranty resolutions are issued at the discretion of OAKOVA.

7. Limitations & Liability

OAKOVA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or modifications.

The warranty is valid only for household use — commercial or industrial use voids the warranty.

OAKOVA reserves the right to update or adjust this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
