• Marketing Assistant (Remote)

Help us tell the OAKOVA story across social, email, and content. This role suits someone who loves calm design and sustainable living.

  • Assist with planning & scheduling content for Instagram, Pinterest, and email.
  • Basic experience with Canva or simple design tools.
  • Write clear, friendly English copy.
  • Detail-oriented and good at independent work.

• Customer Support (Part-Time)

Be the calm, friendly voice of OAKOVA. You’ll help customers with orders, returns, and product questions.

  • Respond to customer emails with polite and clear communication.
  • Use Shopify tools to view orders, tracking, and returns.
  • Patient, empathetic, and good at problem-solving.
  • Flexible hours — evening/weekend availability is a plus.
