All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • USA Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (destination-dependent)

Please note: delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unexpected courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free U.S. Shipping on eligible orders (threshold shown at checkout)
  • International shipping fees will vary by region

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost packages.

Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to correct your address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, delays or missing packages are outside our control. If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

7. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs agency and are not included in our prices.

8. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building managers
  • Look around mailboxes or safe drop-off areas
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes update early
  • Contact the courier directly
