1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your OAKOVA products. If something isn’t right, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned within 30 days
- The item should be unused or in reasonable condition
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
Refunds cannot be issued for items that show excessive wear, misuse, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items (if clearly marked)
- Used or heavily damaged items
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund unless the return is due to:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Manufacturing defects
In these cases, OAKOVA will cover return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to help us quickly resolve the issue.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank or card account
- Contact your credit card company — processing may take time
- Contact your bank for internal delays
